We started Cakes Suzette in early 2009, from the passion of Susan Watkins a.k.a. Suzette. We started with our signature product, Cake O's. Cake O's are similar (but better, we think) to a cake ball. Which are being made popular by all the Cake Pop books and a famous coffee shop carrying them. After being disappointed by many cake balls that we tried, we came up with our version, Cake O's.
We then tackled homemade marshmallow. We chose not use high fructose corn syrup in our marshmallow and make our own syrup. Most people really enjoy smore's, but only eat them during the summer and they can be a bit messy. Our Mallomore is a convenient smore type product with 4 different flavor choices. We make our own housemade organic graham cracker crust and them top it with our marshmallow and dark chocolate. Check out the Mallomore page for a great tip on how to eat them. (p.s. it's really good!)
So many things to make, we keep trying new products so make sure to check back or sign up for our newsletter so you will be the first to know of our new products. We make everything with organic or local ingredients whenever possible and incorporate whole grains into our products for a little bit of healthy, and all with "A Bazallion Calories of Goodness".
