ABOUT US
Cakes Suzette was created by Susan Watkins. An artist by trade she operated a successful faux finishing business in the Los Angeles area. On one of her jobs she injured her shoulder, bringing her days of faux finishing to an end. So she then put her artistic talents and love of baking to work in the kitchen. After various trials at other cakes, she came up with Cake O’s. Cake O’s are about the size of a golf ball and are completely cooked cakes, combined with various frostings and then covered with rich Callebaut Belgium chocolate.
Careful thought has gone into every ingredient used. Cage-free eggs, rich Callebaut Belgium chocolate, fresh picked lemons and the vanilla from the Sonoma Syrup Company, which donates a portion of their proceeds to support the fight against breast cancer.
